Hey, I wanted to wish you a very special Christmas to all my readers. I am going to keep it simple this year because
I know your schedules are packed,
Inboxes cramped with Christmas Wishes,
Stomaches about to be filled with the finest food,
Unexpected well wishes from every corner
Some disappointments and frustrations
My message to you, is to be a bit selfish this Christmas. Make sure your bias is to feeling good, and you can use that to make others feel good. Christmas is a time of year that we all look forward to with great expectations.
Don't let expectation ruin your Christmas, let reality make it the most wonderful time of the YEAR!!
I wish you a Merry Christmas !

Very true Corey. This year I kept it very simple…got up and went to church with my mum…came back and ate ham, salt bread and drank a Plus…watched my brothers and friends have a water bomb fight and then taught my adopted little sister how to rollerblade. Later on I'm heading back to the parents for lunch. I didn't buy one gift before Christmas because I wanted to avoid the shopping madness. I'll probably buy later on when the madness is over. But today is going just great…full of laughter, good food and spending time with people I care about. These things make Christmas great for me. :-). Merry Christmas to you too!!

When I first read that bit about being a bit selfish I was like "WHAT?" But once I got past that and reread what ya were saying it started to make sense.
Basically ya don't do anyone any favours by being miserable no matter how noble you think you're being. If you make up your mind to be happy, then your friends will be happy for ya and the happiness will start to rub off.
