Bedy Oceanline Ferry – A Brand New Option To Travel The Caribbean

By Corey Graham 2.0 Oct 1 5

This is one blog I am very happy to be writing! There is a new ferry service set to start working between Trinidad, Barbados, St. Vincent. Now it is now secret that I have been always a big fan of cheaper intra regional travel. I have the blog posts to prove it!

I actually did write about service before but at the time just about the Grenada – Trinidad Ferry.

Anyways here is the real deal, Caribbean People now have the option of using the Bedy Oceanline Ferry Service to travel between the islands. Here are a few snippets from their website.

Goal – To operate in at least 12 Caribbean Destinations within the first year by offering quality service and competitive prices.

The company offers high-speed catamaran services to points in Trinidad, Grenada, St. Vincent,

St. Lucia and Barbados with a fleet of two vessels.  One with a capacity of 260 passengers and the other with capacity of  300 passengers.

The business is aimed at satisfying the needs of the lower, middle income groups, service clubs, church organisations and any other persons who may require such a service.  It will strive to fill a niche due to high air fares, unemployment, lower tourist revenue based on the international downturn and thus the need to create a service that will transport people who are economically disadvantaged and therefore cannot afford the high airfares.

What else can I say? – check it out for yourself let me know what you think!
